Adjustments: Need something adjusted to fit or tweeked in some manner? No problem! You should be radiant and carefree while wearing your jewelry, not worrying about it being in the way, choking you, or falling off. I am glad to make small adjustments on my jewelry. These adjustments are subject to a small fee for extra materials if need be.

 

Defects: All of Molly Lu jewelry is guaranteed to be free from defects in craftmenship or materials. Should a flaw be detected and examination reveals it was due to neglagence on my part,  the item will be replaced or repaired to as close to original condition as possible (depending on availbility of materials), at no additional cost.

 

Returns: If you find that the item is not to your liking, please return the undamaged item within 14 days of receipt. Please call or email before returning an item. If mailing, you must get the package insured and retain your shipping receipt.
